The Coffee Cafe is a school based enterprise (SBE) lab in operation at the Technloogy Center. This lab is operated by the students who are the board of directors and emlployees. The Coffee Cafe encompasses the participation of students from various career areas as well as assist in the transitional process of the students. Curricular focuses will include soft skills which inlcude; custormer service, professional dress, technical literacy and numeracy.
