Experience

Mr. Coulter is an Information Technology Teacher, PLTW Teacher, The Advisor over The Technology Center Robotics Organization, and a talented and accomplished Athletic Director/Head Basketball and Track & Field Coach at Bethune-Bowman and here at The Technology Center with an extensive background in Computer Programming, AutoCad, Inventor, and Engineering principles. Mr. Coulter is grateful for being a part of The Technology Center, Artis’ makes sure that he’s effectively teaching and motivating his students.



Bio

I was born and raised in Orangeburg South Carolina. I am  the son of Johnny & Mary Coulter. I have two sisters and one brother. I am a product of Orangeburg Consolidated School District Five. I attended Marshall Elementary, graduated from there and went to Clark Middle school, and then started my journey at Orangeburg Wilkinson High. After graduating from OW in May 2002, I accepted a full Basketball/Educational Scholarship to Claflin University.
